Supporting UOB’s Talent Development Needs through a Full-Fledged Corporate Academy
As the financial landscape evolves, UOB recognised the need to reskill and upskill its workforce. To address this, UOB partnered with SIM to create the UOB Better U Campus, a dedicated venue for all of UOB's training and development initiatives.
Through this collaboration, we jointly developed leadership learning solutions and programmes that align with UOB's strategic goals and corporate culture to establish a purpose-built learning space at the SIM Management House campus.

IRAS embarked on a transformation to build a high-performing, adaptable workforce, identifying employee agility as a key capability.

Our challenge was to seamlessly integrate the organisational learning tools developed through extensive capacity programmes into SMRT.
We created a programme to embed learning into SMRT's operational ethos, focusing on instilling a common language among mid-level leaders and managers. This initiative equipped SMRT officers with essential systems leadership skills to excel in an era of uncertainty, emphasising thriving through strategic learning iintegration:

In 2022, SIM was selected by Enterprise 草榴社区 to conduct the Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) Programme. This year-long initiative was meticulously designed to empower local SME business owners to develop their business growth capabilities.
The ELT Programme provides participants with a transformative learning journey and opportunities to engage with a diverse network of industry experts.
Paving the Way for Mid-Career Transition Success in Challenging Times
In 2020, SIM partnered with SkillsFuture 草榴社区 to launch the SGUnited Skills Programme, supporting the career development of 草榴社区ans and Permanent Residents affected by the pandemic. We provided a comprehensive end-to-end journey, leveraging our resources and partnerships to help learners upskill, reskill, and transition into new roles in the logistics and advanced manufacturing industries.
